Star_S_L.jpg
Left side of Star Model S, chambered for the 9 m/m Corto (.380 ACP). Note the Star Company name and
address, and the caliber designation on the center of the slide. Also note the proof marks of the Eibar proof
house on the frame above the trigger, and at rear of the slide above the thumb safety.
Star_S_L_CU.jpg
Close up of the left side of slide and frame; the proof date code of "Q" indicates it was proofed in 1946.
Star_S_R.jpg
Right side of the same Star Model S. Note Spanish Air Force Crest on slide, and frame. Also of interest is
the Air Force property number ("06401") above the trigger; other markings ("QAI MAI FL") on the frame
are importer's marks.
Star_S_R_CU1.jpg
Close up of the right side slide and frame markings. The Eibar proof mark is visible on the chamber of
the barrel through the slide's ejection port.
Star_S_Crest.jpg
Extreme close up of the Air Force Crest.
Star_S_SN.jpg
Close up of the bottom of frame, to the rear of the magazine well. This is the Model designation ("S") and
the pistol's serial number.
